Our website and shop are open to visitors of all ages, though purchases must be made by an adult (18 or older) or with a parent/guardian’s permission.
The Superkids World app is a devotional app designed for young children, but it must be set up and managed by a parent or guardian. Only an adult may create an account. Children should use the app under the supervision of the parent or guardian who set it up.

The Superkids World app is currently free to download and use, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases required to access any content. If we introduce optional paid features or subscriptions in the future, we will clearly disclose pricing before you’re asked to pay, and this section — along with our Privacy Policy — will be updated to reflect it.
When you purchase a product through our online shop, additional terms may apply regarding pricing, shipping, and returns, which will be presented to you at checkout. All purchases are subject to availability.

All content within the app and on our website — including text, devotions, prayers, stories, illustrations, audio, and the Superkids World name and logo — is owned by Superkids World or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the app; you may not copy, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Any custom avatar photo a user uploads within the app stays on that user’s own device and is not transmitted to us or claimed by us in any way.
The app is directed at helping young children (ages 2–6) grow in their faith. It is intended to be used with a parent or guardian, not independently by an unsupervised child. Parents are responsible for supervising their child’s use of the app and for reviewing our Privacy Policy, which explains what limited information we collect about a child’s profile and progress.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep the app and website running smoothly and the content accurate, but we don’t guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superkids World will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.
