At Superkids World, we care about protecting your family’s privacy — both when you visit our website and shop with us, and when your family uses the Superkids World app. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, across:

• our website, superkidsworld.org, and our online shop;
• the Superkids World app (iOS and Android).

1. Information We Collect

a. Website & Shop

• Contact details — name, email, phone number — when you fill out a form or sign up for updates.
• Order information — shipping address and payment details — when you purchase from our store.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type — collected automatically.
• Browsing activity on our site, to help us improve it.
• Cookies & similar technologies — used to remember your preferences. You can control these through your browser settings.

b. The Superkids World App

The app is built for parents to set up and manage on their child’s behalf. We do not collect information directly from children — every account is created and controlled by a parent or guardian.

When a parent creates an account, we collect:

• Parent account details — email address and password (or, if you choose, sign-in through Google — we never see or store your Google password).
• Child profile information you choose to enter — your child’s first name, an age range (not an exact birthdate), and a chosen character/avatar. We do not ask for a child’s photo, location, or contact information.
• Activity within the app — such as devotions completed, prayers listened to, stories read, and coin/reward progress — so the app can resume where your child left off and celebrate their progress.
• A parental PIN, stored to gate access to Settings and the Parent Zone so a child can’t change account settings unsupervised.

If you choose to upload a custom avatar photo from your device’s gallery, that photo stays on your device only — it is never uploaded to our servers.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking software in the app, and the app does not show ads.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account and your child’s profile(s).
• Save progress so your child can pick up where they left off.
• Process and deliver orders placed through our shop.
• Respond to questions and provide customer support.
• Improve our website, app, products, and services.
• Keep our website and app safe and secure.

3. How We Store & Protect Your Information

Website and shop data, and app account data, are stored using reputable third-party infrastructure providers with industry-standard security practices, including encryption in transit. Account data for the app is stored using Supabase, our backend database and authentication provider. While no system is 100% secure, we work hard to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information or your child’s information. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our website, shop, and app, including:

• Supabase — account authentication and data storage for the app.
• Google Sign-In — if you choose to sign in with Google instead of an email/password.
• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases. The app is currently free to use; if we introduce optional paid features in the future, RevenueCat will process those purchases and this policy will be updated first.
• Payment processors and delivery companies, for orders placed through our shop.

None of these providers are permitted to use your (or your child’s) information for their own advertising purposes.

5. Google reCAPTCHA (Website)

Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA to protect against spam and abuse on forms. By using our website, you agree to the collection and use of information by Google as described in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you or your child.
• Ask us to correct or delete it.
• Withdraw consent for certain uses.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Superkids World app is designed for young children to use with and under the supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, and every app account must be created by an adult.

We collect only the minimum information needed to run the app: a child’s first name, an age range, and their in-app activity/progress. We do not knowingly collect a child’s exact birthdate, precise location, contact information, or photographs, and we do not serve behavioral advertising to children.

If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information beyond what’s described here, please contact us at info@superkidsworld.org and we will delete it promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes — including changes related to introducing paid features in the app — we’ll post a clear notice with the updated effective date.
