What happens when you delete your account:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All your progress, saved content, and preferences will be removed
• This action cannot be undone
• If you have an active subscription, you’ll need to cancel it first through your payment method

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following will be permanently removed:

• Your user account and login credentials
• All prayers, devotionals, and affirmations history
• Progress tracking and saved preferences
• Parental control settings and child profiles
• Subscription and purchase records
  What Data We Keep (with retention periods)
• Anonymized usage analytics — kept for 90 days then deleted
• Payment records — kept for 7 years for legal/tax compliance
• Support tickets — kept for 1 year for customer service reference
• Automated backups — kept for 30 days then purged

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 5-7 business days.
